Currently Primus subsidizes 100% of the employee portion of life insurance premiums for all employees.
LTD insurance is available to all full-time, eligible employees.
Primus sponsors a 401(k) retirement savings plan that allows an employee to invest from 1 to 100 percent of salary up to the IRS limit for that year on a pre-tax basis.
Primus sponsors a Cafeteria Plan that allows an employee to pay their portion of medical, dental and visions premiums on a pre-tax basis. Employees also have access to two flexible spending accounts (FSA): one being a Dependent Care Account and the other being a Medical Reimbursement Account.
All Primus employees have access to the company Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
Primus provides a comfortable work atmosphere and participates in a business casual dress code. Coffee, water, soft drinks, and snacks are provided at no cost to the employees, and Primus hosts Company sponsored events from time to time.
