Prior to founding Primus, Mr. Weir led various prescription and OTC drug and medical device businesses for Procter & Gamble (P&G) and later The Kendall Company’s former home healthcare subsidiary, Kendall-Futuro. As a marketing executive with P&G, he managed Crest® Toothpaste and later several high-growth prescription drug brands including the osteoporosis drug Actonel® which now has over $1 billion annual sales. At Kendall-Futuro, Mr. Weir was the Vice President of Marketing & Product Development. He was instrumental in leading the sale of the company to Beiersdorf AG. Mr. Weir also led the start-up commercialization of a large, successful e-commerce company. He has extensive experience in entrepreneurial management, marketing, sales, and product development. He graduated from Harvard Business School with an MBA and from Augustana College with a BS in Business and Accounting.

Mr. Martin is a seasoned financial executive and a CPA. Prior to co-founding Primus, Mr. Martin was the President of a Citibank subsidiary and later the CFO of a major division of PricewaterhouseCoopers. He also was the CFO of a successful e-commerce start-up company having broad cross-functional and investor responsibilities. Mr. Martin began his career with one of the major international CPA firms. Mr. Martin received his MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Business from the University of California at Berkeley where he graduated Phi Beta Kappa and Magna Cum Laude. |

Mr. Mitchell has over 30 years of line management operations as Division Vice President & General Manager for pharmaceutical operations for Abbott. He also headed the corporate materials purchasing, warehousing and distribution functions for Abbott. Prior to Abbott, he managed Johnson & Johnson's baby products manufacturing and distribution facilities. Mr. Mitchell began his business career with Procter & Gamble in over-the-counter drug manufacturing. He was a lieutenant in U.S. Army. Mr. Mitchell graduated from the University of Nebraska, Lincoln with a BS and an MS in Chemical Engineering. |

Ms. Haver brings 20 years of experience in marketing, corporate and public affairs, and business development. Before joining Primus, Ms. Haver's former client base ranged from small to Fortune 100 companies in multiple industries. Her strong background in economic development resulted in establishing national contacts and resources to further enable her clients' business growth and strategic direction. She serves on several boards and is a member of many community organizations and has been ranked as one of the most influential businesswomen in Greater Phoenix. Over the years she has taken an active role in political and governmental affairs of her state and community. |

Mr. Scott has over 15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. He was Northeast Regional Manager of BioMarin, and previously held the positions of Director of Sales at Medicis' Ascent Pediatrics Division and Senior Manager of Sales Operations at Dermik Laboratories (Samofi-Aventis' dermatology subsidiary). In addition, Mr. Scott held senior level positions in Sales, Marketing, and Managed Care while at Dermik. Mr. Scott is active in several professional organizations and is a graduate of Johnson C. Smith University where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. |

Mr. Langlois brings over 25 years of Pharmaceutical experience to Primus. Prior to joining Primus, Mr. Langlois was a member of the Managed Markets Team for Celltech/UCB Pharma. Prior to Celltech/UCB he was the West Director of Managed Care for Sankyo Pharma, where he also held the position of Regional Sales Manager. Mr. Langlois' pharmaceutical experience also includes positions with E.R. Squibb and Sons, and Boehinger Ingelheim. Mr. Langlois is a recipient of numerous sales awards and has received recognition for outstanding management and managed care performance in the pharmaceutical industry. Mr. Langlois holds a degree in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin, Oshkosh. |

Ms. DeMarco has 20 years experience in the Pharmaceutical industry, both in big Pharma and Biotech. Over the years she has worked for Novartis, Pharmacia, and Pfizer as well as a start-up biotech company. Ms. DeMarco has vast expertise in marketing blockbusters i.e. Xalatan® and launch experience for which she has won several awards for campaign development and launch execution. In addition to marketing, she has experience in sales, sales training, trade, grass roots initiatives, medical device, and thought leader development. She attended Seton Hall University and graduated from William Paterson University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Sciences and a minor in Biology. |

Mr. Kaster has over 20 years of experience successfully managing the marketing function in a variety of industries that include OTC/prescription medications, medical devices, healthcare, personal care and food. Prior to joining Primus, he was Director of New Product Development at Kronos Optimal Health and VP of Marketing at Zila Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Mr. Kaster started his career at Dial Corp where he held several sales & marketing positions of increasing responsibility. Mr. Kaster holds an MBA from Michigan State University and an undergraduate degree from Indiana University, both degrees are in Marketing. |

Dr. Levy is Board Certified in Rheumatology and Internal Medicine and was in private practice in the State of Washington for 30 years. He was the founder and president of the Olympia Arthritis Clinic and Olympia Osteoporosis Center, and the Medical Director of South Sound Clinical Research Center. In the latter capacity, he performed or oversaw more than 200 clinical trials and consulted for the pharmaceutical industry in matters related to early product development, protocol development, and study conduct. Prior to joining Primus, Dr. Levy was the Vice President of Clinical Development for Histatek, Inc., a start-up biotechnology company. Dr. Levy received his MD from the University of Chicago School of Medicine and completed his rheumatology fellowship at the Scripps Clinic & Research Foundation. |

Dr. Burnett has over 15 years experience in pharmaceuticals and biotechnology. Prior to Primus, he directed the departments of Biological Discovery and Screening at Unigen Pharmaceuticals, where he was one of the original developers of Limbrel™. He also led Process Development at Sulzer Biologics developing production processes for bone morphogenic proteins for growing bone around implants, Research & Development at Vitro Diagnostics initiating research programs in cell immortalization of hormone-producing pituitary cells, and Research & Development at Sangamo Biosciences producing transcriptional regulators for genes involved in a variety of cancers and HIV. Originally, he worked as a Senior Scientist for Cytokine Sciences purifying chemokines. Dr. Burnett has received a number of NIH grants and is widely published. He has served on the ad hoc review committees of numerous NIH SBIR grant submissions. He received a MPh in Biochemistry and dual PhD in Biochemistry and Biophysics from Yale University as well as BS degrees in Chemistry and Biology from Eastern Washington University. |

Mr. Strocchio joined Primus in August 2005, and has been its Controller since July 2006. Frank has 11 years of accounting and corporate finance experience, and is an alumnus of PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP, where he managed a variety of financial statement audits in the southwestern United States. Prior to joining Primus, Frank served as Controller for three joint ventures operated by Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc., and managed the accounting for Starwood’s $400 million domestic joint venture portfolio. Mr. Strocchio holds a B.S. in Accountancy from Northern Arizona University, and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. |

Ms. Friel has over 20 years of Operations Management expertise in both large and small organizations. Ms. Friel spent 12 years with Boston Edison Company at Pilgrim Nuclear Power station, a highly regulated environment, as a Senior Supervisor where she managed an administrative (union) staff and served as an emergency communicator to the public. As Director of Operations in two northeast economic consulting firms, she developed programs to enhance corporate culture, mentored and developed managers, designed processes to streamline operations, served as Executive Committee member, and chaired corporate compensation committees. Ms. Friel holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Newbury College. |
